What counts as one poster?
A poster and its story version count as one poster. With Essentiel you get 8 visuals, each as a post and a story.
What if I go over my monthly poster allowance?
We still make the poster. You can reach us all month long, even mid-week, for an unplanned promotion or a one-off need. Extra posters are deducted from the next month's allowance.
How do I receive my posters?
Straight to WhatsApp, at the start of the week, as HD JPG and PNG files. No software to install.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes, there is no commitment. If you stop mid-month, the weeks not yet delivered are refunded: the monthly price is divided by 4 and each remaining week is paid back.
Can I change plans during my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Just tell your design pair on WhatsApp. The new plan applies from your next monthly payment.
How does payment work?
The first month is paid online with Mobile Money (MTN, Moov, Celtiis) or card. After that, you receive a payment link on WhatsApp each month.
What happens if I pay late?
You receive a payment link on WhatsApp every month. If it is still unpaid 7 days after the due date, the service is paused until payment.
What if I don't like a poster?
Every poster includes revisions: 1 with Essentiel, 2 with Croissance and Intégral. The pair adjusts the poster to your feedback.
Do you work outside Cotonou?
Yes. Everything happens remotely over WhatsApp: anywhere in Benin and neighbouring countries.
